What You’ll Do

Program and set up CNC mills and lathes (3-, 4-, and 5-axis) for production and prototype work.

Use CAD/CAM workflows to generate toolpaths and optimize machining processes.

Operate and troubleshoot machines during runs; make offsets, fixturing adjustments, and first-article checks.

Collaborate with engineers and shop teammates to refine part programs and improve cycle time/quality.

Maintain tooling, document setups, and follow shop safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications / Requirements

Strong understanding of CNC machinery and G-code fundamentals.

Experience programming and setting up mills and lathes (3–5 axis preferred).

Comfortable using CAD/CAM (ability to create/modify toolpaths and post-process).

Experience with Haas, Mazak, SolidWorks, SOLIDCAM, or similar systems is a plus.

Detail-oriented, mechanically savvy, and able to troubleshoot tooling/machining issues.
