Job Title: CNC Machinist / Operator 2nd Shift

Schedule: Full-time; second shift: 4x10 schedule (2:30 PM–1:00 AM), Mon–Thurs + weekends as needed
Pay: $23–$30/hour depending on experience
What You’d Be Doing
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines—milling, drilling, grinding—based on engineering specs
- Read and interpret blueprints/mechanical drawings to maintain precision and quality
- Program machines via CAD/CAM or G-code, run test cycles, and make adjustments to reach tolerances
- Conduct daily machine inspections, measure parts with precision tools, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Take ownership of your shift with minimal supervision and support defense-industry production needs
