Would you take this job?
Yes? Is it the blend of training, pay, and benefits?
No? Too much pressure to learn fast? Choice of location?
Letβs see the debate heat up!
Started as entry-level at a hydraulics shop, and day shift + paid cross-training was huge β keep a notebook and ask to βshadow a CNC setupβ early; it shortens the learning curveβ¦ Pay looks fair for Eugene, but ask @ParkerHannifin about the timeline to Machinist II and any post-training bump or tooling/PPE stipend β would that make it a yes for you?
