Streamlining CNC Setup Times

I recently implemented a new fixture design aimed at reducing CNC setup times and it’s made a noticeable difference. We went from around 45 minutes per changeover to just under 30 minutes, which really boosts our overall efficiency. Has anyone else had success with similar changes in their setups?
